Child Safety Standards

SnapO is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content of any kind.

Zero Tolerance Policy

SnapO strictly prohibits any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexualises individuals under the age of 18. Any such content will be immediately removed and reported to the relevant authorities.

Age Requirements

SnapO requires all users to be at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts. Accounts found to belong to users under 13 will be removed immediately.

Reporting

• Users can report any content or account directly within the app using the report button on any post or profile.
• All reports are reviewed and actioned promptly.
• Any content identified as CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant regional authorities as required by law.

Moderation

• SnapO employs in-app moderation tools including user reporting, content warnings, and account suspension.
• Accounts found to be posting harmful content targeting minors are permanently banned.
